Global higher education thinking head QS Quacquarelli Symonds and compilers brought out list of QS World University Rankings 2022. Massachusetts Institute of Technology is the top university in the world for the tenth time in a row. Only 35 Indian universities could make up in total 1300 universities ranked from across the world. There is no Indian University in top hundred list. IIT Bombay (Rank 117), IIT Delhi (Rank 185), and IISc Bengaluru (Rank 186) are three universities who bagged spots in top 200 universities. Only 22 Indian higher institutions found a place amongst the top 1000 universities of the world.
