- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

π Cancellation by User
You may request cancellation of your enrollment or service under the following terms:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@efos.in.
- For paid programs, cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the start date.
- Any cancellation after the program start date will not be eligible for refund (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
π° Cancellation Charges
- A standard administrative charge of βΉ300 or 5% of the fee paid (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If a payment gateway or third-party service fee is involved, it will also be deducted.

In rare cases, EFOS.in reserves the right to cancel a program or service due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollments, or force majeure. In such cases:
- A full refund will be initiated without any deductions.
- Users will be informed via email or phone and offered alternate solutions, if available.
