PayPal India launched five-month training and mentorship programme for 500 women students from across leading engineering colleges in India on 5th march 2021. PayPal has partnered with WSquare for this. Through Unity Bloom , Paypal’s Employee resource group, Paypal aims at creation of more opportunities for women with a focus on gender equality and gender balance.
This programme will include 1. Technical certification courses 2. Live mentor sessions with industry leaders 3. Online hackathon at the last.
