थोड़ी बेसिक स्किल्स होनी चाहिए और डिग्री/डिप्लोमा/आईटीआई/ पूरी होनी चाहिए ,
उम्र 28 साल से कम होनी चाहिए और भारत में कहीं भी जॉब करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
3 महीने की ट्रेनिंग होगी , उस्समे भी 1 महीने की क्लासरूम ट्रेनिंग और २ महीने की ऑन जॉब ट्रेनिंग जिसमे पैसा मिलेगा
1 महीने की क्लासरूम ट्रेनिंग दिल्ली में ट्रेनिंग सेंटर पर होगी ( रहना खाना का अरेंजमेंट कैंडिडेट को खुद करना होगा)
2 महीने की ट्रैनिग कंपनी में होगी जिसमे पैसे भी मिलेंगे
ट्रेनिंग की फीस 30000 रुपये है जो लोन से मिलेगा और जब आप कमाने लगेंगे तब वो देना शुरू कर सकते है।
योग्यता और अन्य
- डिप्लोमा/डिग्री इंजीनियरिंग में 2018 के बाद पास कि हुए
- आईटीआई 2018 के बाद पास की हुई
- उम्र 28 वर्ष से कम
- डिग्री/डिप्लोमा/आईटीआई के सभी दस्तावेज होने चाहिए
कैसे जोइनिंग होगी
- प्रोग्राम में पंजीकृत करिए सारी जानकारी सही से भरकर
- आपको सेलेक्ट किया जाएगा और एक ऑनलाइन इंटरव्यू लिया जाएगा
- सेलेक्ट होने के बाद आपको प्रोग्राम ज्वाइन करना होगा और Rs. 1500 जमा करने होंगे और आपका लोन का प्रोसेस कम्पलीट किया जाएगा
- जब आपका लोन हो जाएगा तो 1500 रूपये वापस कर दिए जाएंगे
- आपको बैच की तारिक दी जाएगी और आपको दिल्ली आना पड़ेगा ट्रेनिंग करने के लिए

कोर्स करने के बाद
- आईटीआई/डिप्लोमा की सैलरी ( 8 घंटा काम का ) Rs. 15000-Rs. 20000 In hand for ITI/Diploma + pf + esi + overtime etc as per the govt norms
and for इंजीनियरिंग B.Tech के लिए ( 8 घंटा काम का ) Rs. 22000 – Rs. 30000 in hand + pf+ esi + overtime as per govt norms

- Must have completed all degree/diploma/iti formalities and should have all documents available
Process Steps –
- Enroll for the Program
- Shortlisting and Confirmation from the candidates based on their profile
- Rs. 1500 needs to be submitted in Training Company Account as security
- Now Loan File will process the Loan of Rs. 30000 and batch date will be announced.
- Loan Interest of Approx Monthly Rs. 250 will start and you can start EMI once you start earning ( Maximum 6 months of starting the program)
- 1 Month of Classroom training will be done in Delhi Location at various centers and 2 Months of Paid OJT will be done in Live Industry
- After OJT salary will be minimum Rs. 15000-Rs. 20000 In hand for ITI/Diploma + pf + esi + overtime etc as per the govt norms and for B.Tech Rs. 22000 – Rs. 30000 in hand + pf+ esi + overtime as per govt norms
