With an M.Tech (IIT Roorkee), an advanced service-industry certification from SPJIMR, and a
B.Tech in Electronics, he has led consulting and skilling initiatives at EP Infoways Pvt. Ltd. and
co-founded EFOS.in. Founder, EFOS.in — Built a mission-led platform to connect rural and remote youth to
verified higher-education, skilling and job opportunities using data-driven tools and
physical outreach. Initiatives include work-integrated hotel management programs, drone
training with job assurances and collaborations with state government skilling programs.
Mentor and speaker: conducts career counseling and mentorship sessions for Class 12
and college students; organizes outreach events such as the EFOS Career Talk series to
