Dr. Akansha JainDr. Akansha Jain is an education entrepreneur and social impact leader, serving as Founder of EFOS.in and Chairperson of the EFOS Foundation. She is dedicated to empowering India’s youth, especially underserved and last-mile communities, by improving access to quality education, skills, employment, and verified career opportunities. Through EFOS.in, she has pioneered learn-and-earn pathways enabling students to work while studying, gain practical experience, and achieve financial independence. Dr. Jain holds more than 18 years of experience and has a Ph.D. in Forex Risk Management, a Gold Medal in M.Com, and a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Pune.
