Job Description:
Employee is responsible for spreading awareness related to company’s products and also generate business in financially underserved segments of population (like rural and semi urban areas). He is also responsible for JLG product disbursal and collections of below 60 bucket.
| Key Responsibilities (What to be Done) |
| Identify potential areas in rural and semi urban locations to develop business. Building awareness through financial literacy. Sourcing potential or prospective customers. Responsible to customers in effectively guiding them through the various processes like application, sanction disbursement, collection and other rules and regulations of the company. Responsible to customers in creating awareness related other banking products of the company. |
| Educational Qualification and Experience level |
| 10th/PUC/Diploma/ITI/Graduation Freshers/Experienced Driving License or Learners license is mandatory. Two-wheeler is mandatory. |
| Behavioral competencies |
| Self-Driven and organised. Should have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Should work with utmost integrity while performing multiple tasks on behalf of customers. |
Enrollment in a Pay After Placement Course ( Fee of the Program is Rs. 9000 which will be deducted Monthly Rs. 1500 from the salary)
NSDC/Mentor Kart Certification will be provided for those candidates who successfully complete the course.
Candidates should be atleast 100km from joining location
Residence will be provided by the Company and also a Common Cook/Caretaker on Residential Facility

Monthly Gross – 8922/- +1664 Adhco Allownce+ Petrol Allowance+ Residence+ Incentive + Other Benefits
For UP
Monthly Gross – 10500/- + Petrol Allowance+ Residence + Incentive + Other Benefits
Rs. 1500 will be deducted per month for next 6 months.
