This initiative by EFOS offers two specialized courses designed to provide practical skills and on-the-job training for aspiring professionals in Bihar, aligning with industry demands and employment opportunities.


Course 1: Assembly Line Operator

Objective:
To equip individuals with the technical and operational skills required for assembly line roles in manufacturing sectors like automobile, electronics, and other industries.

Eligibility:

  • Educational Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation
  • Age: Minimum 18 years

Duration:
192 hours (4 weeks)

Course 2: Service Executive

Objective:
To provide foundational knowledge and hands-on experience for roles in the retail, hospitality, and logistics sectors.

Eligibility:

  • Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation
  • Age: Minimum 18 years

Duration:
240 hours
