Course 1: Assembly Line Operator

Objective:
To equip individuals with the technical and operational skills required for assembly line roles in manufacturing sectors like automobile, electronics, and other industries.

Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation
• Age: Minimum 18 years

Duration:
192 hours (4 weeks)

1. Labour Welfare Legislation: Awareness of labor laws, fair wages, and worker rights.
2. Career Planning: Guidance on job roles, career pathways, and job application processes.
3. Occupational Safety: Training on workplace safety, hazard prevention, and first-aid.

5. Basic English and IT Literacy: Foundational IT skills and English proficiency for professional use.
6. On-the-Job Training (OJT): Practical experience in module assembly, preventive maintenance, and workplace coordination.

Course 2: Service Executive

Objective:
To provide foundational knowledge and hands-on experience for roles in the retail, hospitality, and logistics sectors.

Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation
• Age: Minimum 18 years

Duration:
240 hours
